Biography: Mr. Sprain is a Birmingham native having graduated from Mountain Brook High School prior to attending Tulane University. Immediately after law school Mr. Sprain clerked for Supreme Court Justice Gorman Houston in 1987. Mr. Sprain went on to work as an associate at Sadler, Sullivan in Birmingham, Alabama, where he later became partner before leaving to practice on his own. During his 17 years at Sadler, Sullivan, Mr. Sprain defended companies throughout the State of Alabama in both state and federal courts in the areas of toxic tort litigation, premises and products liability, workers' compensation and insurance coverage litigation. He also handled a variety of real estate transactions. Since 2005, Mr. Sprain has maintained a general law practice from defending companies in litigation to conducting commercial and real estate transactions. Certified to close SBA Loans.
